Frameworks for what’s next—especially when life gets hard
A Trusted Room for Leaders
Who It’s For
- Leaders in Transition: Business owners and operators navigating major life shifts—such as divorce, loss, burnout, caregiver, illness, or massive life or work transition—who must continue to lead and perform while feeling destabilized.
- The “Strong One” Who is Exhausted: Capable, high-functioning professionals who keep it together in public but are privately carrying an immense burden of responsibility.
- Responsible Operators in Survival Mode: People who have built their success on grit and resilience but now feel isolated and need a safe place to process without being “fixed”.
What It Isn’t
- Not a Therapy Replacement: While we use trauma-informed practices to prioritize safety and pacing, our focus is on leadership, communication, and practical business next steps.
- Not “Hustle Culture” Coaching: We reject “grindset” motivation, high-pressure urgency tactics, and generic “push harder” advice that ignores your capacity and lived experience.
- Not Guru-Led or Flashy: There is no “guru” energy or performative vulnerability here. We offer grounded, plainspoken support for real operators.
- Not a “Quick-Fix” Overhaul: We do not promise overnight breakthroughs. We focus on steady, capacity-paced progress that creates a sustainable way forward.
How It Works (Anvil Sessions)
- The Structure: A blend of 1:1 coaching sessions and optional peer advisory groups.
- The Cadence: Flexible scheduling options—weekly, biweekly, or monthly—with engagements typically lasting up to 12 months to ensure habits hold under pressure.
- The Investment: A clear rate of $137/ 50 min with a minimum 5-session commitment to establish a steady rhythm.
- The Outcome: Every session concludes with a practical, actionable next step.

MICHAEL GILLETT
Meet Our Founder
The Room Where No One Sits at the Head. In most of your life, you are the one at the head of the table. You are the decision-maker, the problem-solver, and the one people look to when things get heavy. But everyone needs a room where they don’t have to lead.
I founded Round Table Dynamics because I saw too many high-capacity leaders trying to navigate “life-quakes”— loss, burnout, or massive transition—while still being expected to perform at 100%.
Why the “Round Table”? A round table has no head. It represents a space of mutual respect, equality, and psychological safety. When you enter a session with me, we sit at a metaphorical round table. I bring the frameworks and the trauma-informed tools; you bring the expertise of your own life and business. Together, we look at the dynamics of your world with honesty and zero judgment.
“I consider Round Table to be true visionaries in the field of people and team development”

The Weight of Being The Strong One
The Forge & The Flame: Joanne’s Journey Through the Anvil
“When Joanne first found Round Table Dynamics, she wasn’t looking for ‘inspiration.’ She was looking for a breath of air.
In public, she was still the leader everyone relied on. In private, she was exhausted. She was ‘psyching herself up’ just to send an email or hold a staff meeting. She felt like she was carrying an anvil, waiting for the moment she’d finally have to drop it.
Joanne didn’t need a cheerleader; she needed a container. From day one, the dynamic was different. There was no pressure to be ‘fixed’ or to ‘hustle harder.’ Instead, we started with Safety before Strategy.”
